I’ve been creating things for as long as I can remember.

Cliché? Totally. But true. I started with mud pies, messy art projects, and forts, just constantly making stuff.

Eventually, that turned into FFA posters, goofy videos, and surprisingly aesthetic history PowerPoints. I took whatever my small town high school had to offer and made it my own. That’s when I started to wonder… could I actually do this forever?

Turns out, yeah, I could.
​
I took a Graphic Design 100 class and it just made sense. I loved how creative it was, but also how technical and organized it could be. And the fact that all I needed was a laptop? Game changer.

A few years later, I interviewed at a small soap company called Pacha Soap Co. I met the person who’d become my boss for the next six years, and we instantly clicked, bonding over to-do lists and our identical cats. It just felt right.
​
Working at a small company meant I got to try a bit of everything: sketching ideas, rendering mockups, designing packaging, helping create limited edition products, and learning how scent, cost, and design all connect. I got to watch ideas become real things. And I loved it.
​
Since then, I’ve worked on projects for banks, hula hoop fitness class, golf courses, and even a manure spreading company (yep, that happened). Every project has been part of the adventure, helping me build a wide ranging skill set and figure out what I love most.
